• Academic Transcripts & Degrees ‘Notarized Copies’

   * Photocopies of all educational documents (Matriculation, F.Sc., Bachelors, Masters) should be         attested

• English Proficiency Certificate

  * Given by last institute studied

•  Physical/Medical Certificate

  * Attested by MBBS doctor from a govt. hospital

•   Character Certificate by Police

   * Prepared & Attested by Police 15 office of your area

•     Research Proposal

   * 6-8 pages for admission in Masters & 10-12 pages for admission in Ph.D.

•      Statement of Purpose / Study Plan

   * 2 pages

•       C.V. / Resume (updated format)

•       Two Recommendation Letters

   * Given & attested by Associate Professors of your last institute

• .              Publications (if any)

   * Not Compulsory

•               Passport size Photographs with Blue & White Backgrounds

•              Valid Passport

•          Valid CNIC
